The strategist
Every campaign begins with a story
Richin's career spans branding, digital marketing, software innovation and creative direction. That belief — that a campaign only works if there is a story underneath it — led him to launch Story Bank Studios, the creative production division of Richinnovations, where he develops advertising campaigns, branded films, corporate storytelling and digital-first visual content.
As a writer and creative director he has built advertising concepts and brand campaigns across healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, technology and social initiatives, combining strategic marketing with cinematic storytelling so businesses communicate with authenticity rather than volume.
Beyond media production he has led the development of technology products including NexERP, a custom enterprise automation platform for small and medium businesses, and Voaiz, an AI-powered voice automation platform that helps companies rethink customer communication through conversational AI.
